Meditate
Eight soft piano tones, then eight more with a longer silence between them · nothing to score, and nothing to get wrong
Eight tones, then eight more with a longer silence between them. Nothing to score, nothing to get wrong.
Sit however you like. When you are ready, start listening.
Note: The silence grows by a second each round. You are not waiting for anything. You are already there.
About Meditate
Meditate is a calm audio session with no score and no end. Soft piano tones play, one at a time. Your only task is to be present between them.
How a session works. Press Begin and listen. Eight tones make one cycle. Each cycle that ends adds one second to the silence between the tones. The silence stops at twenty seconds.
What it shows you. There is no question, no score and no way to fail. Between the tones you notice that your mind is quiet. That is the proof that meditation is not hard.
No sound? No problem. A circle glows for every tone, in the same rhythm. A muted session works the same way.

FAQ
-
What does Meditate train?

How do I play Meditate?
Press Begin and listen. Eight soft piano tones make one cycle, and each new cycle leaves a longer silence between the tones. -
Can I lose, or score points?
No. There is no question, no score and no end · the session runs until you stop it. -
Can I play Meditate without sound?
Yes. The circle glows once for every tone, in the same rhythm, so the pauses are visible as well as audible. -
