About Shikaku

Shikaku is an area-partition logic puzzle · you split the whole grid into rectangles so that each rectangle contains exactly one number and that number equals its area.

How a round works. Drag out rectangles on the grid. Every number must end up inside exactly one rectangle whose area matches it, and the rectangles must tile the board with no gaps or overlaps.

Part of Logic Puzzles. Shikaku is both its own game and a tab inside the Logic Puzzles hub, so you can play it on its own or alongside the related games.

Still in beta. Shikaku was just broken out into its own game, so you will find it in the Beta section of the library while its standalone landing is finished.

Part of PlayMemorize, a passion project from Christoffer De Geer. It runs entirely in your browser.
