How do I play Backwards?

A word like DOG, BEAR, or HOUSE appears on screen. Pick the choice that spells it backwards (GOD, RAEB, ESUOH) as fast as you can. One wrong answer ends the streak.

Is there a time limit?

No hard limit · but a live millisecond timer runs on every round, and your fastest correct answer is saved locally per difficulty so you have something to beat.

What does reverse reading train?

Working memory and letter-by-letter attention. Spelling a word backwards forces you to hold the full sequence in mind and re-emit it in reverse · the phonological loop at work. It is a staple of dyslexia therapy and helps with anagrams, crosswords, and proofreading.
