About Meditate
Meditate is a calm audio session with no score and no end. Soft piano tones play, one at a time. Your only task is to be present between them.
How a session works. Press Begin and listen. Eight tones make one cycle. Each cycle that ends adds one second to the silence between the tones. The silence stops at twenty seconds.
What it shows you. There is no question, no score and no way to fail. Between the tones you notice that your mind is quiet. That is the proof that meditation is not hard.
No sound? No problem. A circle glows for every tone, in the same rhythm. A muted session works the same way.
