About Where on the Map
Where on the Map is a quick spatial-memory game. You stand at a house on a small city map, with a handful of places dotted around it. A short list of step-by-step directions · "3 north, then 2 east" · leads to exactly one of those places. Follow the steps from the house in your head and tap the place you land on.
Hold the route in mind. The challenge is working memory plus map reading: trace each arrow across the grid, keep count of the steps, and read which place sits at the end. North is always the top of the map, so the four arrows mean up, down, right and left.
It scales as you climb. Easy plays on a gentle 5×5 grid with a two-leg route a younger child can trace by eye. Medium and hard widen the map up to 8×8 and add more direction legs to remember, so longer streaks demand a steadier mental picture.

What is Where on the Map?

Barely · the places are emoji and the directions show as arrows with numbers, so the game works the same in every language. The direction words are translated into all 25 languages as a helper. -
