เกี่ยวกับ PlayMemorize Odd One Out
PlayMemorize Odd One Out
Four puzzle domains. Numeric rounds test knowledge of primes, squares, cubes, evens / odds, Fibonacci numbers, and divisibility · spot the integer that breaks the rule. Emoji category rounds group items by concept (fruits, mammals, celestial objects, musical instruments) and ask you to spot the intruder. Shape rounds work on visual properties · colour, shape, size, fill. Math expression rounds require mental arithmetic · five expressions equal 12, one equals 13.
Learn as you play. Every round, win or lose, reveals the classification rule · "All others are prime numbers", "All others are fruits", "All others are multiples of 6". So even a wrong guess teaches you the category, and the next round in the same family becomes faster.
Progressive difficulty. Early rounds show 4 items from easy emoji or shape categories. As the streak grows, the item count climbs to 5 then 6 (more candidates to compare), and harder categories (number theory, math expressions) appear more often. The hardest rounds combine subtle categories with the maximum candidate count.
Part of the PlayMemorize family of brain-training games. Runs entirely in your browser, works offline as a Progressive Web App.
FAQ
-
What types of puzzles are there?
Four domains: numeric (primes, squares, cubes, even / odd, Fibonacci), emoji categories (fruits, animals, instruments, flags, …), shape puzzles (colour, shape, size, fill), and math expressions (sums, products, differences). The mix rotates so a streak run touches all four. -
How does my progress save in Odd One Out?
Your best streak is stored locally in your browser. It is a single global record across all puzzle domains, since the harder domains unlock progressively · a long streak necessarily means you have cleared the harder categories. Sign in to sync the record across devices. -
How does difficulty increase?
Early rounds show 4 items from easy emoji or shape categories. As your streak grows, item counts climb to 5 then 6 (more candidates to compare), and harder categories · math expressions, number theory · appear more often. The hardest rounds combine subtle categories with the maximum candidate count. -
Does it explain why an item is the odd one out?
Yes. After every answer, the game reveals the classification rule · for example "All others are multiples of 6" or "All others are fruits". The wrong-answer reveal turns each miss into a small definition lesson.
