About Bullseye
Bullseye is an aim-and-estimation game. A target stands on a post somewhere down the range, and you loose a single arrow that arcs to it under gravity. Two things are yours to set · the launch angle (how steeply you aim) and the power (how far you draw the bow). Drag the string back to set both at once · the direction you pull sets the angle, the distance sets the power · then let go to shoot. A faint dotted line previews the arc as you draw.
One arrow, one judgement. Read where the target sits, pick an angle and pull back what looks like the right power, and commit. Too soft or too flat and the arrow falls short; overdraw or aim too steep and it sails over. Thread the gold (the centre ring) and you advance to the next, harder round; miss and the run ends. Your closest shot is tracked, so you always have a margin to beat.
Deterministic and fair. Every round's target position and the size of the gold come from a seed, so the same setup always plays out identically, and the arc you fire is judged by the exact physics you watch. The range never changes size · the gold just shrinks as you climb, so each shot has to be more precise the further you get.
Prefer the keyboard? Tab to the range, set the angle with the up and down arrows and the power with left and right, then press Enter to loose. Part of the PlayMemorize family of brain-training games.
FAQ
-
How do I play Bullseye?
Drag back anywhere on the range to draw the bow · the direction you pull sets the launch angle and the distance sets the power · then release to loose the arrow. It arcs to the target under gravity. Thread the gold (the centre ring) and you advance to the next, harder round; fall short or sail over and the run ends. -
How do I aim?
You set two things · the angle and the power. Pull the string back and down for a steeper arc, straight back for a flatter one, and pull further for more power. A dotted line previews the arc as you draw, so you can line it up before you let go. -
Can I play it with a keyboard?
Yes. Tab to the range, then use the up and down arrows to raise or lower the angle and the left and right arrows to set the power, and press Enter or Space to loose. The readout shows your current angle and power. -
Does it get harder?
Yes. The range stays the same size, but the gold shrinks as your streak grows, so each shot has to be more precise the further you get. The target also stands in a different spot every round. -
Does it work offline?
Yes · Bullseye is part of the PlayMemorize Progressive Web App. Install once and play anywhere, even with no connection.
